The Customer Service Approach
... for the non performing accounts

CURE™ is a special courtesy call program made to non performing commercial accounts.  The techniques employed utilize tact and diplomach with slow paying customers.

We make four contacts with your customer to stress the importance of paying promptly.  Two telephone calls and two letters all within thirty days from the time you authorize us to work for you.  All contacts and attempts to contact are at different intervals throughout the thirty days.

CURE™  should be used:
  • If you are not ready to place an account for collection but want the effect of a third party without the threat of losing the cusotmer forever.
  • If you want to control collection sosts.  Can you expend staff to call every account, small, medium and large and be effective?  We can.  You can get thirty days of our professional effort (two letters and two phone contacts or four phone attempts) for $22.00 per account.
  • If you want to get paid or identify a serious collection problem.

You are under no obligation to leave the account with NACM for their immediate collection process if the account does not pay during the CURE™  period.  But you can place it with NACM if you determine that a problem exists that cannot be resolved any other way.   We will have established a rapport with your customer by the time we complete the process.
